Program Planner – Integrated Program Planning Team
Our team drives program execution through effective relationship building and analysis of complex data to support the preparation and maintenance of program schedules and plans.
Your Core Responsibilities
- Support Senior Integrated Program Planners in developing and delivering Program Planning products/deliverables
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
- Conduct risk analyses (probabilistic and deterministic), identify critical/driving paths, and devise mitigation strategies
- Create proposal and execution schedules, then track performance against defined milestones and parameters
- Integrate cost and schedule data throughout the program lifecycle to maintain alignment and visibility
- Provide inputs for Earned Value Management (EVM) systems to measure and report program performance

Basic Qualifications
- Exposure to network‑scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.)
- Must have the abillity to work onsite full-time
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Experience with networked schedules and critical‑path methodology
- Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams
- Knowledge of schedule performance‑management techniques, e.g., Earned Value Management
- Active DoD SECRET clearance with SAR ability
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3 + years of experience in planning or program‑management‑related discipline
- Expertise in critical‑path scheduling methodology
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
- Experience with production, sustainment, or depot operations
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
- Proposal knowledge
- Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge
- Advanced Excel skill set (macros, lookup tables, VBA)
- Exposure to schedule risk‑assessment processes/tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
