What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing operations that support high‑quality, cost‑effective production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, and material handling.
  • Introduce new technologies and automation solutions (robotics, computer‑aided manufacturing software, etc.) to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Create and analyze 3‑D model data to optimize processes and generate digital work instructions.
  • Evaluate equipment and tool performance, including IoT devices, and initiate corrective actions to ensure reliability.
  • Apply statistical process control and data‑analytics solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Further Information About This Opportunity This position is in Orlando. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering
related field.
- Knowledge of electro-assembly, industrial
processes, technical writing, and teaming.
- A good understanding of principles of DFMA.
- Working knowledge of LEAN/Six Sigma skills
and ability to identify process
issues/opportunities and implement cost-saving
solutions (Affordability)
- Understanding of GD&T, and experience with
manufacturing processes, precision
machining/tolerances, and assembly sequences
- CREO (Pro-E) experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to
obtain a DOD Secret clearance

Desired Skills

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
