Standard Job Description

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for planning and optimizing manufacturing processes, material flow, and inventory management.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Planner Associate you will be responsible for driving make, buy, and BOM planning activities, ensuring production schedules are met, and optimizing material flow across the supply chain. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and maintain MRP parameters, lead times, and lot sizes.

- Coordinate make‑part shop floor control and capacity planning.

- Expedite material flow and resolve schedule constraints.

- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and engineering stakeholders.

- Analyze production schedules and adjust plans to meet customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels ofmanagement, industry, peers, a representedworkforce or business.

Desired Skills

• Experience with SAP ERP and lean manufacturing

• Past experience with Buy Planning, Manufacturingand/or Make Planning experience

• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge,including: experience with material requirements andDock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas

• Ability to understand engineering drawings and partslists

• ASCM Certified in Production and InventoryManagement (CPIM) certification

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
