Standard Job Description

Manages supplier capture strategy for pursuit of long-range objectives and strategic plans to ensure effective material integration on program campaign pursuits, and establish new or renewed contracts. Manages price/cost analysis on a variety of proposals for development, production and sustainment of major systems. Manages analysis of supplier's projected estimated costs for reasonableness, reviewing in detail the significant direct cost elements of material, labor, and special tooling. Evaluations of supplier proposals are provided to the government customer and used in prime proposal pricing. Develops negotiation strategies and concludes both supplier and prime negotiations to achieve company profit objectives and customer affordability goals. The Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) requires Price Cost Analysis work on all proposals over the $10,000,000 threshold.

Basic Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to manage and develop team of various levels and skillsets.

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
