You will be a member of the Operations Project Management team, supporting Rotary Wing Sensors Programs within the Sensors and Global Sustainment Line of Busines . Your primary role will be the Prod Ops Business Intelligence Lead on our team.

Standard Job Description:  Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

What You Will Be Doing
As the RWS Prod Ops Business Intelligence Lead, you will be responsible for cadence‑driven reporting, metrics, and digital‑dashboard delivery. You will partner with factory, PPC, ME, IE, Planning and PM teams.  The role will translate operational data into clear, actionable insights that keep the business‑rhythm on schedule and aligned with strategic goals. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve the RWS Ops business‑rhythm schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
  • Own end‑to‑end reporting – design, build, and automate performance scorecards, 4-blockers, and dashboards (PowerBI, PPT, Tableau, etc.)
  • Consolidate operational data from SAP, Apriso, Windchill into automated reports
  • Perform advanced data‑analytics (SQL, Python/R, statistical modelling) to surface trends, root‑cause insights, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional workshops to address causes of suboptimal metrics and create concrete action plans
  • Champion data‑visualization best practices and ensure data‑governance, accuracy, and timeliness

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven track record building and sustaining digital dashboards and automated reporting solutions
  • Advanced analytics skill‑set (SQL, Python/R, PowerBI/Tableau, statistical analysis)
  • Strong organizational and project‑management capabilities – ability to manage multiple reporting cadences and stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent communication – translate complex data into concise narratives for senior leadership
  • Technical background or experience in manufacturing, project management, supply chain, and/or production planning and control

  • Work experience in MFC Production Operations
  • OLDP, ELDP, PMDP graduate
  • Data analytics & data visualization certifications 
  • Project management training or certification

Aerospace and Defense production experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
