What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Stf you will be responsible for overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects, ensuring budget integrity, and supporting project managers with financial guidance.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee operational aspects and act as liaison between project management, planning, and line management.
  • Compile, review, and analyze project budgets and variances.
  • Prepare financial plans, reports, and maintain historical records.
  • Enter and approve procurement requests, track spending, and review invoices.
  • Partner with Finance and Capital teams to develop project budgets and capital documentation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Budgeting, Purchasing and/or Billing experience in commercial/industrial projects.

Knowledge of facilities and construction projects.

Desired Skills

Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or finance with 8 years of related experience.

Experience with SAP systems.

Knowledge of Capital planning

Good organizational/accounting skills.

Excellent computing skills with MS Office.

Ability to develop and present executive presentations

Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification or LEAN Six-Sigma Black Belt training.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
