Standard Job Description

You will be the Proposal Analyst for the Proposal Development team. Our team is responsible for proposal creation, cost estimating, and pricing strategy.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Proposal Analyst you will be responsible for developing, planning, and scheduling proposals in line with estimating policy, FAR/DFARS requirements, and other government regulations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Shape and mature business case analyses and cost methods to produce comprehensive bid/price strategies.
  • Lead the compilation of cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals and ensure compliance with RFP specifications.
  • Perform financial modeling, cash‑flow analysis, NPV/IRR studies, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Research historical data, develop cost models, and validate functional estimates.
  • Drive process improvements and mentor junior Proposal Analysts to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business
Administration, Accounting or a related discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
