<p>You will be the Quality Engineer for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the product lifecycle.

</p> <p><b>What You Will Be Doing</b></p> <p>

As the Quality Engineer you will be responsible for applying quality principles and driving continuous improvement across design, production, and supplier activities.

</p> <p>Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

</p> <ul> <li>Apply quality principles across design, incoming material, production control, and supplier processes.

</li> <li>Conduct technical evaluations, inspections, and statistical analysis of products and materials.

</li> <li>Lead failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.

</li> <li>Collaborate with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to ensure quality standards.

</li> <li>Develop and maintain supplier certification programs and improve internal performance.

</a></p> <p>MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.</p> 

Basic Qualifications

STEM Degree at a Bachelor level or above or equivalent experience/combined education
-Must be able to obtain a secret clearance
-Ability to interpret drawings an specifications for development of quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspect of manufactured products (machined components and assemblies)
-Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
-Demonstrated ability to use casual analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical/process issues
-Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office application 

Desired Skills

-CMM programming experience
-Experience with automated processes and robotic technologies
-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
-Special Process Engineering experience
-SAP Application experience
-Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
-Experience with material review board requirements, evaluating risk and impact to overall system requirements
-Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
