You will be the Security Rep Staff for the Security Team. Our team is responsible for developing, administering, and auditing security programs to ensure compliance with government regulations and protect classified and proprietary information.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Security Rep Staff you will be responsible for leading security program development, serving as a Contractor Program Security Officer or Contractor Special Security Officer, and ensuring compliance with SAP, SCI, and DoD security rules.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, administer, and audit security programs for classified and export‑controlled data.
  • Serve as CPSO/CSSO and manage SAP, SCI, and DoD security requirements.
  • Interpret and implement federal security regulations and contract security rules.
  • Provide security education, investigate violations, and produce corrective action reports.
  • Coordinate clearances, customer visits, and support classified meetings.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
  • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and DoD 5205.07.
  • Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and/or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. 

Desired Skills

  • Experience with JADE, SIMS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance.
  • Experience working DoD Special Programs as a CSSO, ACSSO or physical security specialist.
  • Ability to work independently when required and be a team player.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
