You will be the Senior Program Quality Engineer for the IRST program team. Our team is responsible for providing onsite quality engineering support at LMMFC‑Orlando and customer sites, ensuring delivery of high‑quality products, and driving IRST development for domestic and international customers.

- Provide onsite quality engineering support at LMMFC‑Orlando and customer locations.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality products to customers.
- Support IRST development efforts for domestic and international customers.
- Conduct quality assessments, audits, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve technical issues.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a STEM related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a United
States security clearance.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to present and articulate technical issues (both verbal and written).
Ability to facilitate and lead root cause and corrective action investigations to address and resolve quality related issues.
Ability to interpret Drawings, Specifications, and Standards.
Experience in using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools.
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Desired Skills
Master's Degree in a STEM discipline is preferred.
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Minimum 5 years technical experience in quality assurance, manufacturing/production, engineering development, and/or defense/aerospace industry. or 3 years experience with a related masters degree.
Expertise in quality assurance methodologies, tools, techniques, and principles in support of root cause analysis, hardware build, inspection, and/or test.
Expertise in quality engineering tools and software such as Apriso, SAP, P2P, Windchill, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, AMS.
LSS or LM Green or Black Belt Certification.
ASQ Certification(s)
GD&T experience
Interpretation and application experience in AS9102, AS9100, and/or ISO9001.
Interpretation and application experience in J-STD-001, IPC-6012, IPC-A-610.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
