Basic Qualifications
| • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline • Experience in system/software dependencies, process flow and development methodologies • Experience supporting System & Software Engineering requirements, design, integration and test activities in an Agile Development Framework (in particular DevSecOps) as an active team member/participant • Experienced in Root Cause Analysis methodologies and development of Corrective Action Plans and facilitating RCCA events • Ability to conduct and document process audits and evaluations. |
Desired Skills
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma (LSS) principles
• Knowledge of with AS9100, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and Standards
• Experience and/or prior background with logistics information systems programs or large scale
transactional software systems
• LSS Black Belt or Green Belt Certification
• Experienced communicator (written & verbal)
• Ability to obtain a secret clearance, after hire
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
