You will be the Subcontract Administration Sr for the Subcontract Administration Team. Our team is responsible for developing and managing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials, equipment, and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administration Sr you will be responsible for driving end‑to‑end subcontract processes that enable timely delivery of critical components.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and evaluate proposals against defined criteria.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions, modifications, and award contracts.
- Coordinate with contracts administration and purchasing to create subcontract policies and procedures.
- Authorize supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures.
- Expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases machinery and maintenance.
- Must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills, must be able to manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently, exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player.
- Strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system.
- Some travel may be required.

- SAP/P2P/SC Nav experience

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00

- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00
