You will be the Subcontract Administration Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontract lifecycle and ensuring compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administration Sr you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, high‑dollar procurement agreements, providing critical operational support to non‑supply chain procurement teams.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
- Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
- Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage award processes.
- Administer and modify existing subcontracts, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape policies.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures. Candidate must have expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases machinery and maintenance. Candidate must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills, must be able to manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently, exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system. Some travel may be required.
- Procurement Expertise: Deep expertise in complex, high-dollar procurements, with a proven ability to navigate rigorous, manual sourcing processes with precision
- Project Management: Exceptional project planning and lifecycle management skills, with a track record of successfully executing long-lead-time agreements
- Execution & Autonomy: Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and introduce creative process improvements in a dynamic environment
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence

GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00

- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
