You will be the Subcontract Management Supv for the GSC Operations. Our team is responsible for coordinating multiple projects within GSC Operations, overseeing talent strategy hiring initiatives, and ensuring seamless cross‑departmental alignment.

 

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Management Supv you will be responsible for planning, orchestrating, and delivering talent acquisition events and project deliverables across Orlando and Dallas sites.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the planning and execution of Interview Day/Meet‑n‑Match hiring events.
  • Manage end‑to‑end talent strategy initiatives for college hires and interns.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure pipeline readiness and alignment.
  • Track and report post‑event order‑to‑hire metrics.
  • Maintain high‑quality candidate and hiring‑manager experience across locations.

This position is located in Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX. 

 

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

  • • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

    • Working knowledge of standard government contract types

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
