You will be the Subcontract Program Management Asc Mgr for the TacIRST Program. Our team is responsible for procurement delegation, cost, schedule, and technical performance management for US DOD programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Program Management Asc Mgr you will be responsible for leading a team of Procurement Representatives to deliver cost‑effective, on‑time solutions for the TacIRST program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and mentor Procurement Representatives in supplier selection and recommendation.
- Manage invoice reconciliation, payment processes, and purchase order modifications.
- Oversee GSC metrics, bill‑of‑material management, and mitigation of critical shortages.
- Coordinate with government clients, engineering, operations, and sustainment teams to resolve issues.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications
-Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry.
-Thorough knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as LMAP and MAPS, with associated knowledge of FAR/DFAR requirements.
-Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and specialized application software associated with the Procurement
function (such as P2P) and SAP.
-Detail and Teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
-Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
-Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
-Demonstrated problem solving skills
-Business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
-Self motivated, demonstrated sense of urgency, ownership of tasks and accountable
-Able to travel
-Able to be on site > 50% of the time
Desired Skills
-Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional Supplier Management Teams;
-Leadership skills displaying attributes of Full Spectrum Leadership
-Security Investigation completed within last 5 years for US DOD Secret Clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
