You will be the Subcontract Program Management Mgr for the Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod supply chain team. Our team is responsible for leading production, development and sustainment activities that support our US and allied warfighters.

 

What You Will Be Doing

As the Subcontract Program Management Mgr you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives, driving strategic initiatives to ensure efficiency within the Global Supply Chain organization.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee subcontractor efforts across all contract types, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
  • Direct and manage cost, quality, schedule, financial, and technical performance of subcontracted systems.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing and subcontract program management plans, addressing risk and program capture needs.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, quality, and procurement personnel to ensure successful subcontract execution and on‑time delivery.
  • Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from business case through RFP, negotiation, execution, and contract closeout.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

Proficiency in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR/DFAR) guidelines and Acquisition Policy

Development of program assessments and root cause and correction action analysis

Risk and Opportunity Management including mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities

Must be able to manage a very diverse program of production, development, and sustainment efforts

Must be able to lead a team of Supply Chain professionals in a dynamic and fast paced environment

 

Desired Skills

Proficiency with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Policy (LMAP)

Experience with Affordability management

Experience leading a cross-functional team of differing levels of experience

Well organized, excellent communicator and team builder

Able to work closely with supplier leadership teams to drive performance and accountability

Excellent computer skills to develop presentations and utilize systems to maximize work output

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
