You will be a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager within the Hypersonic and Strike Systems Team. Our team is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive supply chain strategies to support the development and production of the Hypersonic and Strike Systems programs, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Global Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of supply chain professionals in the daily execution of development and production work scope on a Classsifed Program. You will drive the development and implementation of subcontract management strategies, ensuring alignment with program objectives and goals. Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Representing the Global Supply Chain team in proposal meetings and management reviews
• Leading Supply Chain Management at Financial reviews
• Assigning and managing team workload to meet cost and schedule objectives
• Coaching and mentoring Supply Chain Managers to ensure successful execution of the program
• Supporting Program Managers in program execution and resolving escalation issues with suppliers

Basic Qualifications
• Proven Subcontract Program Management skills
• Experience leading a team of individual contributors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, LM stakeholders, customers
• Demonstrated risk and opportunity management experience
• Must have experience in in developing and executing subcontract management strategies
• Experience with proposal strategy and working prime negotiations with customers
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
• Ability to recruit, train and develop team
• Ability to obtain secret security clearance
Desired Skills
• Experience leading a team of leaders
• Experience leading a team in development and production environments
• Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures
• Working Knowledge of FAR/DFAR
• Prior professional experience working Supply Chain Management (SCM) fundamentals including, processes, procedures, policies, systems, and overall understanding of subcontracts
• Strong experience managing major subcontractor
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
