Are you a graphic designer who knows how to elevate content through strong visual storytelling and motion graphics? Our in-house creative team is seeking a Graphic Designer who can deliver high-quality design solutions while working within an established corporate brand system.
This role requires a designer with experience across print, digital, and motion graphics, with the ability to concept, design, and execute creative assets that support a variety of business needs. Projects may include internal communications, marketing materials, business development proposals, engineering publications, presentations, and campaign assets. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker, a skilled visual communicator, and a dependable team player who is comfortable balancing creativity with business objectives. This candidate had the ability to leverage AI tools appropriately and responsibly to enhance creative development, workflow efficiency, and overall design execution.
This position requires close collaboration with internal partners across Rotary and Mission Systems, as well as external vendors when needed. Candidates should bring strong design fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Portfolios demonstrating conceptual thinking, strong design craft, and motion graphics expertise will receive priority consideration.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States as a permanent resident
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- Proven "motion graphics" experience using Adobe After Effects is required
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop and present creative solutions or campaign concepts
- Experience designing for both print and digital media
- Basic knowledge of pre-press production for digital, large-format, and offset printing
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadline
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with web design, web publications, and basic HTML
- Digital portfolio
- Environmental design experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to take direction well and ask thoughtful questions when needed

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
