THE WORK
Plans, develops, and implements technical product training programs for customers, and/or employees, and field support personnel. Technical training may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Obtains information from customer and technical organizations, engineering, software and product requirements to prepare training programs; prepares lesson plans and training materials; designs product demonstrations; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions, product demonstrations, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. May administer tests. Continuously revises lesson plans to ensure course material reflect product features, meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date. May include military trainers.
In this role you will:

You are a skilled technical trainer with proven competence in manufacturing processes and strong instructional abilities, capable of designing engaging training programs and communicating complex concepts clearly. You bring certification expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Basic Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency – Demonstrated competence in manufacturing process procedures being taught (e.g., certifications, relevant coursework, or hands‑on experience).
- Instructional Skills – Ability to design and deliver clear, engaging training sessions, including knowledge of adult‑learning principles and effective presentation techniques.
- Communication Ability – Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts in simple terms and responding to learner questions.
- Professional Experience – Minimum of 1–2 years of hands‑on experience providing a practical perspective to training.
Desired Skills
- Current certification as an IPC-610 and/or J-STD instructor or the ability to become one within a year of hire.
- Process Instructor in one or more certifications and the willingness to obtain more.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
