The Work
This position is for an Technician Specialist role supporting digital and RF programs in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) area. 
As a key member of our Test Equipment Hardware team, you will:

  • Interface with the Test Equipment engineering team and other Integrated Product Teammates
  • Ensure project milestones and commitments are met
  • Build/assemble/fabricate digital and RF test equipment racks and subsystems.
  • Maintain and calibrate test systems
  • Provide maintenance support to the engineering labs

Basic Qualifications

  • High‑school diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Associate’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of hands‑on experience assembling, calibrating, or servicing electronic test equipment 
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lb, stand/sit for long periods, and work on a bench at eye level
  • Good manual dexterity and visual acuity (including ability to read schematics and data sheets)

Desired Skills

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, crimpers, soldering irons, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with calibration equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers)
  • Basic knowledge of RF, digital, and analog test instrumentation
  • Ability to document findings clearly and communicate them to engineering teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication for reporting status, discrepancies, and recommendations
  • Experience with SAP and EPDM software applications.

 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
