You will be the ADP/U-2 Global Sustainment Supply Operations & Logistics Associate Manager - Level 4.
What You Will Be Doing
As a ADP/U-2 Global Sustainment Supply Operations & Logistics Associate Manager - Level 4, you will manage the identification of customer's system needs and respond to requests for proposals. You will perform feasibility and performance studies, including benchmarking, capacity planning, etc. and develop appropriate systems recommendations to meet customer needs, including system configurations, installation planning, etc.. You will prepare and present technical product information to customers and be responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. You will oversee post-installation and implementation responsibilities including technical consulting to customers and providing solutions to software problems.

Basic Qualifications
- Holds at least 5 years experience in Supply, Logistics, data analytics and/or material resource planning (MRP)
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams, individuals, or project teams supporting major new initiatives development and performance-based logistics programs.
- Previous experience with logistics support systems, contract negotiations, or sub-contract knowledge.
- Previous experience overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects. Experience serving as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and/or line management.
- Experience with Microsoft Office core applications, SAP, Tableau, and/or customer databases
Desired Skills
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers and clients.
- Experience in managing costs with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and budgetary constraints.
- Experience in a services based contracting environment.
- Experience with comercial aerospace and defense supply/logistics, distributors, licensees and 3PLs.
- Understanding the U.S. Department of War projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired.
- Understanding of Root Cause/Corrective Action analysis as applied to supplier performance.
- Familiarity with financial business case analysis comparisons and contracts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
