Basic Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 8 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree
General Business, Project Management, and/or Contract experience.
Prior experience analyzing contract terms and risks to mitigate financial impacts
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance and obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
Desired Skills
• Creative contracting experiences in contract management.
• Demonstrated experience with FAR/DFARS based contracts, including cost type and fixed price arrangements
• Demonstrated ability to interface at senior levels of management both within the company and as the external company representative with our customer(s) representing contracts or program issues professionally and clearly.
• Candidate should be a self-starter, requiring little to no direct supervision, and has the ability to comprehend complex financial and business concepts.
• Experience working with virtual teams, including upper management.
• Excellent at networking and building relationships.
• NCMA and/or IACCM certification is highly desired.
- Active security clearance
- Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
