Take advantage of this opportunity to support a large standalone program at Lockheed Martin’s legendary Skunk Works division. We are seeking a Financial Management Staff (E4) – Cost Integrator to join the Program Finance team. This staff‑level position will own the Earned Value Management (EVM) responsibilities for some of the program’s most challenging Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). In this role you will:

  • Drive core cost‑integration functions – manage the performance measurement baseline, execute forecast updates, process budget change requests, perform re‑baselines, and ensure all data in Deltek Cobra is accurate and current.
  • Perform deep‑dive variance analysis – investigate cost and schedule variances, pinpoint root causes, and develop creative, data‑driven corrective‑action plans that keep the program on track.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your assigned scope, recommend mitigation strategies, and track the implementation of those actions in partnership with the responsible Control Account Manager (CAM) and IPT Lead.
  • Collaborate and influence – build trusted relationships with CAMs, IPT Leads, engineering, and manufacturing stakeholders to champion EVM best practices, facilitate transparent communication, and align financial decisions with technical realities.
  • Mentor junior integrators – provide guidance, on‑the‑job training, and constructive feedback to less‑experienced Finance Analysts, raising the overall capability of the Program Finance team.
  • Operate autonomously – work with minimal supervision, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high‑quality results on schedule, embodying the self‑starter mentality essential for success in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility Skunk Works environment.
