What You Will Be Doing

Manages the day to day activity of a large production engineering team in support of a Classified program. 

This includes the responsibility for production engineering life cycle deliverables from product design through manufacturing implementation.
 
The team consists of manufacturing engineers, test engineers, tooling engineers, manufacturing planners, project managements reps, CAMs and associated mid-level leaders.

• Lead the organizational goals and support the line of business customers.
• Support the setup of new and expanded facilities, associated capital assets and factory of the future aspects including manufacturing automation and digital transformation within the ADP program framework.
• Support creation & implementation of Manufacturing Plan and associated processes / products across Production Engineering disciplines.
• Identify organizational/operational gaps and be able to reach across the company resource base to secure solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
•FSL Leadership experience
• Production Engineering, Manufacturing, &/or Quality experience.
• Understanding of multiple aircraft platforms and ability to identify management and technical assistance requirements to support partner program start up.
• Experience using tools and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
• Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen.
• Active secret or higher clearance with investigation within 5 years

• Masters degree
• Strong presence, communications and ability to address complex matter / solutions with senior leadership

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $178500.00 - $331500.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
