Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or combined experience and education
- Project / program management experience in an Agile Development Environment (cost/budgeting, schedule, risk evaluation/mitigation, & project execution)
- Demonstrated work experience to effectively and independently perform in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Proven business acumen to manage multiple assignments and projects with the ability to balance technical requirements with business needs and affordability
- Demonstrated collaboration and teaming skills at all levels of the organization and work experience developing effective stakeholder and partner relationships
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive common services, common processes, and best practices
- Knowledge of LM Risk and Opportunity processes and procedures
- Fundamental knowledge of Agile methodology and planning
- Experience with Quality audits and the Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) Process
- Experience submitting proposals and writing / reviewing Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and tools
- Experience with Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Initiatives
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
