Standard Job Description
- Plans, conducts, and maintains software build activities.
- Designs, develops, documents, tests, and debugs ommercial tools spanning DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines, team management, and cross IPT coordination.
- Applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
- Collaborates across teams to develop custom behaviors and workflows to meet program needs while meeting requirements for traceability and security.
- Customize and maintain tools that are used through the execution of requirements generation, software design, implementation, integration and flight test.
- Communicates with IT to minimize build environment downtime and impacts as well as developing and maintaining custom, proprietary tools used by maintenance and operations.
- Ensures software standards are met.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college in a relevant field of study; or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD build pipelines
- System admin experience on Windows and Linux platforms
- proficient in Python, Cmake, or other shell scripting languages
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jira, and other SW collaboration tools
- Admin experience on Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo)
- Knoweldge of C/C++ or other programming languages
- Experience building and debugging SW in Windows and Linux environments
- Experience installing and maintaining DevSecOps tools and build environments
- Agile methodologies / working in an Agile development team
- Ability to travel as needed
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00
