Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor of science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams that perform analysis, evaluation, and validation of components, equipment, subsystems, or weapon‑system models to ensure compliance with operationally relevant nuclear threat environments.
• Experience with nuclear hardened aircraft designs and/or methodologies.
Desired Skills
• Possess practical experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital tool ecosystems, including 3DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, and HEMP Modeling & Simulation.
• Familiar with the specialized facilities and instrumentation required for testing across nuclear hardening, blast, thermal, and electromagnetic environments.
• Ability to advise and ensure compliance with applicable FAA Airworthiness (AW) standards in conjunction with relevant military specifications and guidelines.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System tools/concepts.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
