Basic Qualifications
- Clearance - An active Top Secret clearance is required before start date.
- MBSE - Proficient with Cameo System Modeler (SysML) across the full system lifecycle.
- CAD - Strong hands on experience wth CATIA V6/V6 and the 3DX Platform.
- Experience - 7-10 years of systems engineering experience on complex aerospace/defense programs, integrating various subsystems that make up a modern weapon system including but not limited to RF, IR, PNT, CNI, Stores/Weapon susbsytems.
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Collaboration Tools - Proficient with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.

- System Test Experience – Planning and executing capability based test campaigns.
- Analytical Problem Solving – Ability to synthesize large technical data sets, resolve conflicts, and deliver solutions on tight schedules.

- Adaptability – Comfortable handling shifting priorities and wearing multiple functional hats in a fast paced program environment.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
