Our Production Scheduling Team in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Level 3 Production Scheduler to join our mission. In this role, you'll own the production schedules for various programs in the Sunnyvale Product Centers. This includes developing a plan with cross functional stakeholders and driving the team to hit cost and schedule. This role will also assist the shop in long range capacity and demand strategic conversations. You'll have the opportunity to grow in a fast-paced and team-centric environment. 

 

Key Responsibilities:


• Build detailed master production schedules (MPS) based on project scope, capacity, and material availability.
• Continuously update schedules to reflect changes in demand, resource constraints, or engineering revisions.
• Align project schedules with supply chain, tooling, and workforce plans.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Project Managers to gather status updates, milestone completions, and change requests.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings (e.g., weekly “schedule syncs”) with cross functional teams.
• Provide clear, concise schedule reports and dashboards to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes, tools, and data flows.

Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+years of scheduling or production planning experience in an electronics manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)

Experienced and proficient in Microsoft Project

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

Active Secret security clearance

5+ years of scheduling or production planning experience in  manufacturing environment (aerospace, defense, automotive, or similar)
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with resource planning and leveling of overallocated resources
• Experience tracking metrics for adherence to schedule
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Full-Time Salary Range: $90600.00 - $168200.00
