Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Program Integration Meeting & Events Lead to join the mission and the Program Management Office (PMO) Team! This position will own the development and execution of key program activities, including large‑scale employee‑recognition events, customer visits and program meeting coordination. This role will require working cross‑functionally with various Lockheed Martin teams and will drive process improvements, manage employee morale budgets, maintain and implement program business rhythms. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail‑focused self‑starter who can take independent ownership of complex initiatives, execute it with professional precision, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. This role will require some travel and may provide additional support to other PMO roles and responsibilities including executive support, internal communications, and coordination on requirements with key stakeholders as assigned.
The Program Integration Meeting & Events Lead is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Owning the process and providing meeting planning support for major program review meetings and executive‑level events, ensuring all logistical components (venue, catering, audio visual and on‑site execution) are tracked and executed
- Develop and execute large scale employee recognition and celebration events across multiple locations
- Organize customer visits and support the company’s event planning team on executing large scale VIP visits
- Maintain program-wide calendars
- Own and refine the organization’s business rhythm strategy
- Manage the mission area’s employee morale and meeting budgets
Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Project management or event planning experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), event‑management software, and budgeting tools
Desired Skills
- Certifications such as CMP (Certified Meeting Professional), or Event Management credentials.
- Defense Industry experience preferred
- Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin internal processes (e.g., Business Rhythm, budget policies).
- Experience organizing large scale events
- Proven budget management experience
- Strong knowledge of security and protocol requirements for high‑visibility visits.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communicator with ability to drive integration between functions, creating stakeholder alignment
- Experience effectively leading a team
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
