Lockheed Martin’s Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Program Manager to join the Air Dominance team in Orlando, FL. The Air Dominance Program Management Team is comprised of program managers organized with leadership roles that are specific to assigned contract scope yet flexible to meet your career development goals.
This position as a Air Dominance Program Manager is responsible the Airframe and Energetics (AF&E) Integration and Test activities on the EMD contract. Job responsibilities include:
- Cost, technical, and schedule performance of subsystem and system level qualification projects under the Hardware Development Branch of the EMD program
- Day to day management of the Integration and Test IPT, ensuring all program objectives are met under the allocated schedule and budget
- Identify barriers and risks to the hardware development and execute plans around corresponding opportunities or risk mitigations.
- Coordinate activities across the Air Dominance portfolio, identifying and mitigating any interdependencies between contracts
MUST BE A US CITIZEN-The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance with an investigation within 5 years to be considered.
Basic Qualifications
- Technical background with 8+ years experience in an applicable engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, integration and test)
- Leadership of cross-functional team with scope > $10M, with responsibility for quality/technical, schedule and cost performance
- Experience leading subordinate leaders and developing talent (i.e. IPT leads)
- Experience in risk identification and management
- Strong problem solving skills; Quick learner
- Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels and across multiple functions and customer sets.
- Experience establishing strong customer relationships
- Experience working with suppliers and subcontract management
- Familiarity working in classified environments
- Active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance as well as a Special Access Program clearance.
Desired Skills
- Prior program management/IPT Lead experience
- Prior CAM experience
- Experience with missile systems & sub-systems design, qualification and integration
- Experience with Development Programs
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
- Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
