Standard Job Description
The selected candidate will be the Deputy Program Manager (DPM) for Special Systems portfolio within the Skunk Works. This position will be hands on in the fast paced world of hypersonics. We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy to work alongside the Program Manager leading low rate initial production (LRIP) and Spiral contracts. The Deputy Program Manager will support and provide program guidance in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and proposal activities. The goal for this role is to provide integration between functions to deliver high performance on all contracts.The DPM will be responsible for managing adherence to the program baseline, resolving programmatic challenges, and supporting future business capture. Specific responsibilities include:
• Program Execution – Manage team towards execution by meeting schedule, cost and technical objectives
• Customer Relationships – Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with customers; serve as a trusted voice of the customer internally and externally
• Accountability & Metrics – Stand up and manage program rhythm (cadence, metrics, reporting) to drive transparency, accountability, and predictability
• Proposal Support – prepare proposals, work statements, specifications, budgets and financial terms, and develop a comprehensive program plan that meets contractual commitments
• Risk & Opportunity Management – Identify risks early, build mitigation strategies, and drive recovery plans when needed
Must be a US Citizen, maintain Secret security clearance, and obtain SAP clearances. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Ability to travel domestically every quarter.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $166900.00 - $309900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
