What You’ll Do

  • Own the Manufacturing Offloads and Second Sourcing of Air Dominance key suppliers and sub-assemblies to enable production capacity, while meeting financial targets.
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the cross functional Air Dominance teams— removing obstacles and supporting key production objectives.
  • Balance the risk of transitioning new suppliers to production rate with the need to meet ongoing production commitments with existing manufacturing sites and suppliers.
  • Serve as a customer liaison, supporting regular program reviews to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess an Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have the ability to work onsite full-time 
  • Strong knowledge of program management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Program Management experience in aerospace/defense, preferably on high complexity weapon or avionics systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and to remove production barriers in a complex, regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Desired Skills

  • Experience in production, with a focus on supply chain.

 

  • Experience with contracting and procurement, including contract development, negotiation, and management.

 

  • Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

 

  • Previous experience developing program schedules, subcontract statements of work, and subcontract management.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00
