Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience managing complex, large-scale project scheduled with multiple interdependencies
  • Strong understanding of program financial measurements including EVMS and knowledge of LM program management processes.
  • Experience in Cost/Schedule Management and Performance Excellence.
  • Demonstrated Business acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience shaping, developing, estimating, delivering and negotiation proposals.
  • Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers, users and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

  • Cost Account Management, Risk Manager, EVMS and Schedule Risk Assessment experience.
  • Return-To-Green experience on one or more programs
  • Large scale development program experience
  • Working knowledge of Defense acquisition process.
  • Experience in growing programs through introduction of new product and services.
  • Engineering/Technical Background.
  • Proposal leadership experience
  • Subcontract Management Experience
  • Excellent relationship building and team leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
