You will be the Senior Program Manager for Mission Systems International (MSI). Our team is responsible for managing international acquisition, sustainment contracts, and offset projects from capture to sustainment, for the Rotary Wing Sensors MTADS/PNVS and Fire Control Radar programs, within the Sensors & Global Sustainment Line of Business.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple contracts, and developing program management plans to drive success. You will coordinate proposal preparation, contract negotiations, and execution, and assess project issues to develop resolutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing FMS and DCS international acquisition, sustainment contracts, and offset projects, directing all phases of programs from inception through completion
- Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of sustainment contracts
- Coordinating proposal preparation, participating in contract negotiations, and execution
- Acts as the primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer
- Developing and maintaining program management plans and processes
- Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules
- Assessing project issues and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals

Basic Qualifications
- Prior program management experience
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership behaviors while leading cross-functional teams
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
- IMP/IMS - Understands the importance of plans & schedules
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to develop complex briefing materials
- Has the ability to utilize tools to manage all projects/programs
- Able to formulate and execute recovery plans as required
- Knowledge of Risk Management - Understands the value of identifying and managing programs risks
- Formulates risk burn down plans and ensures incorporation into project/program plans and schedules
- Utilizes risk tools to manage projects/programs
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and formal presentation skills, including the ability to interface at all levels
- Exceptional customer relationship building with senior level military officials and USG civilians
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
Desired Skills
• Proven history of developing strong customer relationships
• Experience working in the International market to include both FMS and DCS contracting
• Prior experience leading large proposals and developing sustainment and offset concepts
• Strong team building skills
• Experience working with electro-optical sensor systems
• Business Development knowledge
• Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and experience
• Experience in the development of statements of work and schedule integration

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
