Standard Job Description

This selected candidate will join the Program Office within a major Skunkworks Program. The Program Office needs an individual that has the proven track record of experiences to see future risks / opportunities, be the first to jump into the issue, bring others with them, and hold everyone accountable until the problem is solved. A self-driven individual who can independently manage their scope, as well as escalate to leadership when applicable, will easily weave into the Program Office team dynamics. Strong intrinsic leadership characteristics to influence others, internally and externally, is also sought. Successful candidate must have effective decision making capabilities.

 

Daily activity will involve providing guidance, mentorship, and process development across Engineering, Operations, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, and Business Management. Mindset will be creating short term solutions to keep the program moving forward as well as long term solutions to ensure the needed efficiency is in place. As well, this individual will need to cultivate a unified team mentality across organizations to break down silos to develop clear vision of the value stream. On a monthly cadence, these activities will be woven together to provide the Program Office an overall health perspective on cost and schedule.

 

Overall success will be early risk mitigation of an ADP Production System to maintain schedule and control costs to hit Program timeline and technical objectives.

Basic Qualifications

  • Earned Value / Control Account Management experience
  • Experience working in multifunctional teams
  • Formal or informal leadership experience
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Skills

  • Knowledgeable of Engineering, Operations, Quality, Tooling, Configuration Management, Supply Chain deliverables
  • Experience working in ADP or 5th Generation Aircraft Production Environment
  • Knowledgeable of Final Assembly Check-Out builds (Assembly, System Installation, and Functional Test expertise)
  • Project Management Experience (understands critical path to focus resources to hold project / program schedule)
  • Ability to influence others by driving emerging issues to closure
  • Willing to work on-site full time in a SAP Facility

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $135700.00 - $251900.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
