This is an exciting new role within F-22 Modernization, focused on Direct Line of Sight (DLOS) Communication capability development and fielding. As the Program Management Stf – Level 4, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the execution of multiple F‑22 development contracts from technology maturation through production and fielding.
Program Management Stf – Level 4 Standard Job Description:
Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of Lockheed Martin programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelorʼs degree or higher education
- Experience with program/project management and program integration processes; or experience leading development or production programs
- Customer Relations Experience
- Mission Focused Leadership Skillsets
- Active Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Bachelorʼs degree or higher education in Engineering or Business disciplines
- Business acumen experience, including negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong desire to lead challenging and impactful capability development programs
- Engineering Experience and/or Experience Leading Execution of Development Programs
- Managing agile capability development programs
- Experience with Maturing and Transitioning Technology and/or Experience with Development Integration Efforts
- Experience with DoD/DoW acquisition planning
- Financial experience managing cost plus and fixed price contracts.
- Demonstrated rapport with customers and strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues & solutions with senior leadership (e.g. program status, risk and mitigation strategies, etc)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120600.00 - $224000.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
