The Sustainment Software Support team sustains products for the F-35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) and the modernized platform Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN).

As a member of the Sustainment Software Support team, the selected candidate will be a part of a fast-paced Sustaining Engineering Organization working to monitor, document, report, and correct data discrepancies identified throughout the F-35 Fleet. Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Additionally, the selected candidate will assist in the test and verification of engineering data products in order to prevent potential data conflicts and improve overall program quality. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of analyzing field data for the purpose of forecasting, root cause analysis, evaluation of potential issues, and assessment of corrective actions. Creating, delivering, and documenting corrective actions to resolve noted issues. Performing validation of data products and communicating with internal and external customers.

Must be a US Citizen.
This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review, test, and verify software updates ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

- Assist in the setup of physical and virtual ALIS/ODIN environments to ensure all testing requirements are captured.

- Review and analyze Problem Tracking Reports to identify root cause and corrective action.

- Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure a quality product is created to meet the needs of the customer.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for written and verbal communication internal to the company/across business streams and technical competencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience with administration of Windows, Active Directory domains, and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience Installing, Managing, and maintaining virtual and physical environments.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with PowerShell and/or SQL scripts.
  • Demonstrated collaboration, including interpersonal and teaming skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to at least the Secret level.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
