This position will lead a team of FBM Operations Leads (OL) in Littleton, CO to ensure the delivery of quality product to the customer.
In this role, you will act as the primary interface between the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program and Space Production Operations ensuring clear two-way communication in support of our customer’s needs. You will have responsibility and engagement throughout the program lifecycle from proposal through final delivery. While executing the programs interests, you will focus on strategy, givers/receivers, issue resolution and drive accountability across the various Directorates.
Summary of Key Duties for this Position:
- Interface between the FBM Program and Operations for all current contracts and future proposals efforts related to the Waterton Campus
- Drive the programs interest in the execution of cost, schedule and technical throughout the product lifecycle
- Lead business rhythm, present schedules and coordinate technical investigations to drive focus to timely delivery of quality product to the customer
- Initiates engage with Executive leadership on status, strategy development, and conflict and issue resolution
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience presenting to Senior Leadership
- Experience interfacing with Manufacturing, Quality, Administrative, and/or Management
- Experience closing actions in timely and accurate manner
- Experience leading others directly or indirectly
- Experience with cost estimating or evaluating financial impacts
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
Desired Skills
- Proficient with software programs such as SAP, MS Project, MS Excel
- Cost Account and Earned Value Management
- Experience working in manufacturing center
- Active security clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
