Standard Job Description
- Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
- Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years experience in MRP and material planning/forecasting roles.
- Previous experience using SAP systems
- Demonstrated familiarity with the principles of project management
- Self-motivated full-spectrum individual with strong desire to demonstrate outstanding performance in all assignments
- Development program/project leadership experience

- Experience in process modeling, architecture development and process decomposition
- Preferred candidate would have either current or previous Rotary Prod Ops experience.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
