Our facility in Orlando, FL has an immediate opportunity for an early-career Project manager/planner who wants to join our mission. We seek a Project manager and planner in support of our growing protfolio in roles as a Control Account Manager (CAM), or project lead as a part of the Sustainment Integrated Tools and Engineering team. In this role your duties will include leading, planning, budgeting, and managing the cost/schedule/technical performance for each assigned Control Account (CA). Supports team leadership and techncial leads in driving execution, new proposals/business, team manpower management.
Job Duties:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
• Knowledge/Experience in cost, schedule and/or performance management principles
• Knowledge and experience of project management and/or earned value management
• Strong problem solving skills or training (for eg. using methodologies in root cause and corrective action)
• Proficiency/training with cost‑management tools and/or software (e.g., SAP Cost Management, Costpoint, Excel, Power Query)
Desired Skills
• Experience/education on Risk and Opportunity Management
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with customers and stakeholders
• Experience supporting internal and external customer audits
• Experiecne/training with data management software/tools: (e.g. Tableau, R, VBA, or Python for data analysis)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
