Basic Qualifications
- Ability to draft, distribute, and communicate concise status updates and briefing packages to leadership and partners.
- Ability to maintain an action‑item register, prioritize tasks, and drive mitigation of identified risks.
- Experience in coordinating secure meeting spaces and equipment for classified reviews and demos.
- Ability to update the Integrated Master Schedule, monitor critical milestones, and flag schedule slippage early.
- Experience in working with engineering leads to translate requirements into realistic schedule and resource plans.
- Support program start up activities and lead key IRAD and strategic investments.
- Support product line integration and planning for development of CIQ Product Center core and mission apps

- Strong written and verbal communication tailored to senior leadership and external partners.
- Proactive risk and issue management with a focus on early identification and mitigation.
- Ability to navigate and manage logistics for classified environments while maintaining rigorous documentation standards.
- Collaborative scheduling and resource planning across multiple functional teams.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
