What You Will Be Doing
This role will serve as a Project Integrator for F 35 Production Engineering. As a Project Integrator you will be facilitating business case creation for various HPU and SRR reduction initiatives to support F-35 Production Operations.
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and Production Leadership.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets.
- Manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, ME leadership, and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in on or monre of the following areas: Production operations, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing planning/scheduling, operations engineering, project engineering, project management experience.
- Experience in the Defense Industry
Desired Skills
- Degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Highly motivated and organized individual who can balance multiple priorities.
- Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
- Demonstrated experience planning/managing large scale projects.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
