Standard Job Description
Serves as liaison between project management and planning teams, line management, contracting, finance,
scheduling, engineering, and any other entities that interact with the F-22 Technical Order Development execution
team. Prepares Basis of Estimate (BOE) for input to contract proposals. Oversees and manages the operational
aspects of ongoing projects and Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status
reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals
and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving
with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and
approaches to assignment.
Effects of decisions may be long-lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in
judgment or failure to achieve results could result in the expenditure of large amounts of company resources.
Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Serves as consultant to
management and special external spokesperson for the organization on major matters pertaining to its policies,
plans, and objectives. Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and
innovation. Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

Basic Qualifications
- Must be able to work across multiple teams.
- Must be able to work multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be skilled in MS Office suite.
- Familiar with complex aircraft systems.
- Experience with US Air Force technical manuals/publications.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills
Possesses good communication skills.
Familiar with Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite (APTS) is a plus.
Familiar with production of Basis of Estimates (BOE).
Familiar with accounting and finance data.
Knowledge of supplier, sub-contractor evaluation and negotiations.
Knowledge of materials management.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
