Standard Job Description
F-35 Signature Management and Survivability is looking for a new Control Account Manager to join the team. Control Account Managers oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Ability to qualify and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Experience in program or project management
Ability to lead and motivate a cross functional program team
Ability to develop, create, and execute a strategy to grow new business opportunities including proposals
Experience with cost, schedule, technical, and risk and opportunity management
Motivated, self-sufficient and highly organized.
Desired Skills
CAM certified or PPMU 101 or equivalent
Program Management or Subcontract Management Experience
Experience in managing red programs; Return-To-Green experience.
Experience growing programs through introduction of new product/services - shaping requirements.
Experience in interfacing customer and leadership
Experience with proposals and BOE's
Experience identifying, troubleshooting and leading through program performance issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-sufficient, self-starter
Understanding of LM Project Management

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
