Standard Job Description
The Lockheed Martin On‑site Integrator located at the 3rd Party Logistics Provider’s (3PL) North Fort Worth Facility will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders—including Sustainment Supply, Property Management, Procurement, IC&A, LM QA, DCMA, LRRA, QCRA, and 3PL providers—to ensure kits are built and delivered per customer requirements, manage the DD250 spares process, compile and communicate kit and spares metrics, and lead weekly status meetings. The role also oversees LM‑owned GRIEF completion, works with the GRIEF integrator and buyers to resolve issues quickly, identifies root‑cause drivers of GRIEF, and feeds data back to buyers, suppliers, planners, RMS, and QA for mitigation. Additional responsibilities include leading process‑improvement projects in 3PL sustainment warehouses, supporting various aspects of the Production Logistics Center’s Global Logistics Integrator function, and managing the 3PL invoice payment process in collaboration with procurement and control account management to ensure timely, contract‑compliant payments. Travel to other Lockheed Martin sites for meetings and workshops is required.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience of supply chain / procurement / buying, kit management or warehouse operations.
• Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Access, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers (3PL)
• SAP experience
Desired Skills
• Six Sigma Greenbelt, Blackbelt or Project Management Certification
• Degree in supply chain management, business administration, project management or associated field
• Warehouse Management, including Inventory Accuracy, Cycle Counting, Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Safety and Compliance Requirements
• Transportation Management System (TMS) experience
• Experience analyzing data, escalating information appropriately and driving solutions
• Experience bonded warehouse material management
• Experience developing presentations and conducting briefings, to all levels of the organization
• Experience interfacing and presenting to clients & DCMA
• Experience working Grief (Receiving Issues)
• Experience with 3PL Kitting and DD250 processes
• Experience with continuous improvement activities
• Experience answering audit corrective action requests
• Leadership and mentoring experience in a warehouse environment
• Inventory Management Experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
