You will be the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff for the Operations Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating cross‑functional efforts, and ensuring schedule and budget adherence.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Management and Planning Operations Staff you will be responsible for managing operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as liaison between project management, planning, and line management, and driving process improvements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity and quality goals.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows and critical path.
  • Prepare and present business‑case analyses for funding decisions.
  • Support the Ocala site/IPT with technical expertise and project ownership.

Basic Qualifications

•Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience
• Manufacturing or Process Engineers or direct Factory Floor Supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with successful return to green planning and execution
• Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance, therefore must be a US Citizen

 

Desired Skills

Experience leading Integrated Product Teams to meet Safety, Cost, Quality and Schedule commitments.
•BS/MS in a technical field (i.e. Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, etc. Engineering)
• Experience with SAP & Apriso
• Certification in a lean or Six Sigma methodology, such as Black Belt or Green Belt with demonstrated experience in Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or AS9100
• Formal Root Cause and Correct Action training and demonstrated experience.
• Experience working in a regulated industry, such as aerospace or defense
•Demonstrated experience in managing capital projects

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
