You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) Direct & Allocation - Level 4 for the Control Account Management team which is responsible for overseeing cost, schedule, and technical performance of Production Engineering control accounts. The position will cover RMS and a discrete program.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Control Account Manager (CAM) Direct & Allocation - Level 4 you will be responsible for managing control‑account responsibilities, ensuring earned‑value compliance, and driving risk‑mitigation and opportunity‑leverage activities.

Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage cost, schedule, and technical objectives of the authorized control‑account scope.
  • Approve all charges, work assignments, documents, deliverables, and commitments involving the control account.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to improve performance.
  • Interface with finance, contract‑management, and proposal teams to establish and monitor program budgets and performance.
  • Update EACs, develop variance reports, and ensure compliance with earned‑value system criteria.

This position is located in  Marietta, GA.

This role may require infrequent travel and possible weekend/off-hour support. Our team supports programs that require a DoD Secret clearance.

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. 

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing cost, schedule and technical aspects of accounts, and the reporting up of those metrics

• Advanced Excel Data Analytics skills

• Earned Value Management experience & systems knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree (with 5+ years professional experience)

Desired Skills

• Experience developing concise, yet impactful presentations

• Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills

• Project Management, Project Engineering, or Production Engineering Experience 

• MS Access Knowledge and / or Tableau experience

• Discrete CAM experience

• Demonstrated ability to develop collaborative working environment across business units and with external customers/counterparts

• Generating metrics-based Basis-Of Estimates (BOEs) and providing proposal support

• Ability to plan strategically and translate these strategies into daily, weekly and monthly tactical actions and tasks

• Experience in Risk & Opportunity Management (Using ROADS)

• Experience participating in EVM compliance activities (i.e. audits, customer reviews)

• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data

• Financial and managerial accounting knowledge desired

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
