Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and Engineers. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, engineers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Risk Management
- Experience in managing projects of varrying levels of complexity (cost, schedule, risk, etc.)
- Bachelors Degree
- CAM Certified
- Active secret security clearance required to apply with an active investigation in the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start
- Must have the ability to work on-site
Desired Skills
- Strong communication skills, presentation skills, and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members
- Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative actions to limit future failures
- Experience interfacing with multiple levels of leadership
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- Proficient with both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience as a technical project manager and supporting engineering teams
- Masters Degree
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
