Project Management & Planning Operations Representative, Staff

What You Will Be Doing

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position is located at a facility that requires special access; you must be a US Citizen, and hold an Active Secret Clearance to be considered for the role.

Basic Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university

 

Experience with SAP/ERP4C and Supply Chain work flow

 

Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and priorities for a Program on behalf of the Global Supply Chain

 

Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders

Desired Skills

Working knowledge of the Department of Defense Acquisition Lifecycle value stream to understand possible solutions to ensure compliant execution of globalization and resiliency projects

 

Experience with supply chain management or buying or procurement or related field

 

Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)

 

Experience in establishing  GSC process improvement strategies

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
